Pastor: Rev. Dr. Douglas E. Fountain Dear Friends in Christ, The phrase, “A Church on the Grow, Built on the Word”, has guided our congregation for the past 30 years. The precious Gospel of Jesus Christ is the means by which people come to know Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. When the Word of God is preached in its truth and purity it will bring results and the entire ministry of Epiphany is dedicated to the proclamation of God’s Word. The proclamation of God’s Word drives every facet of our work together. Nineteen years ago we had a vision to minister to children with the Gospel and an Early Learning center was begun to bring to them God’s Word. Over the years that ministry has been blessed by God, and we now serve over eighty children from ages two to four. Five years ago we built a state of the art facility to house the Early Childhood program. Our Sunday School, Adult Bible Classes and Youth Groups are intentionally designed to lead our families into a closer walk with God and with each other. Our Sunday Morning worship services provide a tremendous opportunity to worship our Lord in a variety of worship styles, our 8:15 A.M. worship service uses contemporary worship songs led by our Praise and Worship Team, while maintaining our Lutheran identity. The 10:45 A.M. worship service utilizes a traditional form of liturgical worship using many different liturgical formats. Holy Communion, is celebrated at all regular Sunday Services as well as at special Festival worship services. It has been my privilege to serve as Epiphany’s pastor for the last 22 years, those years have seen great change and great opportunities to reach others for Christ.
